Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is free of any stains or odors.
Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
